Possible Bug Question

Not sure if what I'm encountering is a bug or a game mechanic that I'm unfamilar with. Basically, I'm playing Scenario 15 as the Japanese against Allied AI. I've mounted several additional invasions during the first couple of turns over and above the ones that occured historically. Several of my invasion forces have landed yet when I click on the icon for ground forces in the hex there's nothing listed. Specifically forces at Jolo and Cayagan as well as Koto Bharu are shown on the map but I cannot bring them up to issue orders to them. As an aside the KB force had additional ground units added in a second invasion force and neither they nor the original invasion force show up. I'm reasonably certain there's enough supply being landed each turn for the level of forces involved.

Is this something I'm missing or is it a bug? Looked through the forum here and didn't see any mention of a similar issue.

Look at the bottom of the screen after you click on the hex. Usually the units are down there.

I was informed that this was a "known" bug.

Pry has said that it is fixed in the next patch. It is really annoying.

If you don't get the units displayed after you click in the hex, click "exit" at the lower right-hand corner of the blank dialogue box. That usually puts the unit icons at the bottom for me.

Another method that seems to work well is to right-click on the actual ground unit icon.
