ive just started the game and im only on the operation highland campagain but when i save the game saves fine but my pilot dosent get saved... for instance i saved the game on day 7 or somthing i had 3000 some mission points and got promoted to a lieutenant and the mission saved fine...but when i went to play later the mission was there but my pilot was back down to a cadet and had 0 mission points....[&:]...has anyone else had this problem???

oh yea and another thing....whenever i exit the game i get a msg that says "were sorry but starshatter needs to be shut down were sorry for the inconvience" and i would like to know why...i checked the errlog file in the game file and nothing appeared to be wrong....
