ops points question

Why do ships at sea expend ops points for no apparent reason?
It is probably fueling another ship, not being fueled. Check the max fuel levels on all the ships in the taskforce. You probably have a ship with a small gas tank that needs more frequent fillups. Fuelling takes ops points both from the fueler and the fuelee from what I can tell.ORIGINAL: Bradley7735
It has the same fuel level as the other BB. Unless the other BB had ops points used the last turn, I'd say it's not fuel related.
I've noticed this phenomenom too. I'm not sure what it's from. It's never interfered with my operations, though.

It would not auto fill a ship outside it's own task force. It was probably topping off a DD.ORIGINAL: bgibs
