Will there be an editor within the game ?

Hi,

I ask myself whether there is an editor within the game, where you can change ownership of countries or the number of units available or the starting research.

Such a feature would make this interesting game still much more interesting.

The game runs with easily moddable data files - I haven't seen all the details yet (too busy playing [:D]), but I've been told that changing the various research levels, troop levels, etc won't be difficult at all.

Been trying to follow the game for a while, but I thought i would ask a question while I'm here. First I would think that a game editor is a must for this type of game. Which leads me to the question....will it be possible to modify the game's province sizes? I really hate (maybe too strong, howabout dislike) the game's province sizes...I love almost everything else about the game...but especially in europe the territories are simply much to large. German especially should be more than two sections. Will I be able to mod this? Hopefully so...

Long Live Prussia!

Sorry, the map is the one thing that can't change. Well, I guess maybe it could if someone provided all the artwork and made changes to the data files. But it would be a big job. No, an editor will not be provided, but as stated earlier, the game is fairly easy to modify since all the data (and many game rules) are in text data files.
