All, have been away from SPWAW for about 18 months so a) looking for someone to break me back in easily and b) need to know what the latest version is....

If VikingNo2 is around I would like to play you as a re-introduction. You are always better than me but also willing to give me feedback... so any takers

Hi Rob,

the current version is 8.3. You will have to download 8.2 and afterwards thew patch for 8.3 - it is hidden in the members area, more details can be found under tm.asp?m=730360.

I regard myself as someone between beginner and avereage when it comes to PBEMs, and since I'm sick-certified for the rest of the week, I would look forward for a single PBEM.

Robw and I are currently at war in Slot3.
I would like another PBEM, can do currently several turns per day until next monday - then the rate will drop darstically (somewhere between 4-7 turns/week).

I would play anything except desert.

Hi, RodW set me up as the Germans. Are you doing the setup, and do you mind if I have some Italians.

RolandRahn how about we start with a US vs Germany battle, I propose 10% arty no air, no infiltrators. Me being the US you the Germans time fram 1943-1945. Let me know what you think all thing negitiable of course. Also shall I setup ? I have version 8.3 now just to let both of you know.

Viking, I have done the setup - where do you want the files sent. In essence the same as you did for Roland except you have German (and some Italians if you like) and I have Brits.... 10% arty, no air, no infiltrators, no prelaid mines........
