I've looked everywhere (e-mail mssgs associated with order, KP box, KP CD, Atd Box, Atd CD) for this beastly serial number to load AtD. I've tried just about anything that looks remotely like a serial number. Nothing seems to work on the AtD serial no. dialog box.

I suggest you email your situation to support@matrixgames.com or you can also go to http://www.myord.com/ or http://www.findmyorder.com/ and you could also reteive your serial number.

Doesn't work -- Col. with serial no. has the text, "Not Availiable."

More seriously the only remaining solution is to email support@matrixgames.com explaining your issue and they should be able to sort it out.
It is another DR "bugs"...[:(]

Hi Zukov,
There may be an issue on Digital River's end (there have been a few hiccups previously with serial numbers). Either Erik or Marc will be able to help you with your issue.

The serial number appears in 2 places:

In the Matrix “store” . You can go and check your order status and locate the serial number.

In the confirming email you should have received.

If you have purchased the Boxed version of the game no serial number has been included in the order confirmation emailed to you by DR.You can't also find it in the E-store.
I can confirm that based upon my disastrous experience about my BiN box purchase that I have not received yet...[:@]This is really a no ending story...[:-]
