Thanks

Not sure the best place to post this, and maybe it won't interest most people but we don't always hear the happy endings only the problems, so......
I just wanted to say a very public thanks to Marc at Matrix Support for sorting my WITP duplicate order issues. I wanted to say thanks in the forums because I can honestly say the Matrix support went above and beyond the call of duty.
These guys work really hard for their customers and I'm genuinely impressed.

It certainly was!
I cannot describe how fantastic Matrix customer support is, especially when the fault lay entirely with Digital River whose customer support amounted to 'all sales are final.'
