Is the dat format broken?

No matter what I do, when I build the dat file it wont show up in starshatter, I have only a few ships in it, the dat gives no errors when made, but when I load up starshatter, without the filesys, it wont show up in the enable mod screen

Did you include a mod_info.def?

When you say "it won't show up", does that mean your mod isn't listed at all in either the "Disabled Mods" list OR the "Enabled Mods" list?

Or do you just mean that it shows up as disabled, and you can't enable it?

YA, its not listed in either enabled or disabled areas

modfile.dat

its in the root directory that the modfile is run the mods are under /mods/ships and so on

anybody get the dat working

I want to seutp multiplayer for this, but I cant build a dat, period, this or with the dilgar ships
