I am new to this game and have only played the computer for a few days.
I would like a long game on scenario 15 as allies against a similarly inexperienced Japanese player. We can learn as we play.
Perhaps a short scenario until patch 1.3 comes out would be good practise.

Ive had the game about 3 weeks and ive sort of got used to it, but still having trouble in some areas. Ive mostly played the guadalcanal campaign as the allies and im having great fun, no complaints.

Id also like to play the big one after 1.3, but until then i dont mind trying the japanese (havent tryed them yet!![:D]) in another scenario, preferably 1943 or before.

That sounds good for me.
I am happy to play a smaller scenario so we can both learn. Also learn how to do the PBEM.
Which scenario would you like to have a crack at until the 1.3 patch comes out?

Scenario no. 14 looks good (42b). [:'(]

What rules would you think we should have?

Im thinking 1 turn cycle, sub doctrine on fow on, weather on, allied damage control on, historical first turn on, fixed reinforcements.

That is fine by me.
It will be an education to have a go at a scenario. I still have some problems with the long game which I am still learning.
