My pbem game melted down because the land retreat bug made the game unplayable in Burma and a little in China. We quit a week and a half ago, switched sides(me Japanese) and we were going to start a practice game to help get used to our new sides. Unfortunately, my opponent is Captain Ed and he cannot receive turns because of his ISP. I have been practicing against my self to help get my "real" start on course when the patch comes out.

Have been standing by to stand by fo the patch now for about 2 months [>:], can't wait much longer World Of Warcraft will be out soon [:D], oh wait Blizzard release times are as ambigous as Matrix Games!

Unfortunately the long delay for the patch has eroded my interest in WITP. I had been working on a modified scenario and expected to begin a new game in early October. Instead, tired of waiting, I am going to put WITP aside until after the holidays. Next year I'll rebuild my scenario (with help from michaelm's wonderful scenario checker) and see if I can regain any interest.

Same as me up to 15/09/42 now on sen 15, will start a new campaing when the patch arrives. Not letting thany issues stop me having fun!

Not play? [:-] I can't go that far. I have refrained from a new campaign of course but still enjoy poking around the various scenarios and campaigns, if nothing else to get my "fix" for the day.

I switched to Rome Total War... But if the patch is ready I will play WitP at once and start again the PBEM games.
