I've looked up in my resource books but can find nothing on the Ger Spr Gr 30/1 and the Stielhandgr. Heck I dont even know what they are! Could someone please enlighten me?

I think (!) they are respectively a rifle grenade launcher and grenade

Essentially freyburg has is right:

Gew Spr Gr 30/1 = Gewehr Spreng Granate 30/1 (explosive rifle grenade)

Stielhandgranate = stick hand grenade, also called "potato masher"
