need help

im having trouble installing mega campaign.there is an error in the snd\stream\vido12.smk.it says error .then towards the end of the installaton it says please insert disk two.please help,also the demo for firefight does not work.the dat.file is not there

Put in a trouble call on the help desk...we will see what we can do.
With most CRC errors you should hit "try again" 3 or 4 times and sometimes it will get it (a pit or dirt, or imperfection on the disk surface preventing a read). If it keeps giving CRC error more than a few times then notethe file name and skip it. In most cases if it is a sound or pic the game will run without it, and we can email or post the file.
IF you get it with the vid99.smk there is a 2nd copy of that file on the CD (since so many peole had trouble withthat on the download we put a backup on the CD).
The "insert disk 2" error means that you may have gottn a bad CD...I pray our hapless CD proucer doesn't bite us again... :rolleyes:
