Newbie european player looking for oppoent

Hello I am looking to start my first play against human, I haven't finished a campaig against AI yet but I want to learn the hard way 
I can play at GMT hours and would like to get the allied side ( Japanese first turn is just too overwhelming ).
I basically like having all the option on, except for random start.
No allied movement turn 1 in PH and Wake/Midway, free elsewhere...
