I paid US$20 to Adanac for "Trench" some time ago - what's the story with that? Will I still get it credited agaisnt a purchase from Matrix?

Actually this question has come up before in this forum. If you paid by cheque, it was never cashed. If you paid by PayPal, it'll be honoured.

What has happened to pre-payments?
