My main man has stood up and fronted the bones to get us a hookup and made the naysayers surrender

Its a full site with support for all formats, php and so on.

2gigs of space and a lot of monthly bandwith.

So at this stage, we are in consturctions, I"m looking at running a phpnuke frontpage with a forum supporting all the current mods(each gets its own subform)

We will also host mods and files, relaly huge files will be offlinked to fileplanet, just for now to stablize everything.

Also included will be all the things discussed in the other thread, screenshots of the day, interviews, special features, all that blam.

So I"m looking for people to help..

Key right now is 2d graphic arts(there has to be somebody out there)
Scripters, anybody good in php, phpnuke and such, security will be an issue.
and people to fill content, get all the current modding information into on giant tutorial.

Day one over

check it diab I have a new theme, got some orange in it, like it better then the other ones

I have to edit a flash file tomorrow, add some modules, build the forums, find a good screenshot / file uploading program and find some slackers.. er staff

on the plus side, starshatter central(eheh) will open with a DAT format of the dilgar mod including both ea and dilgar fighters, both with full weap(including missiles) and one cap ship(I DO have limited time guys)

Galaxy wont be included, to much extra space for not much benefit at this point, will be an addon later.

so something to look forward to.

also, anybody who needs space for hosting, or forums, or just wants their stuff shown let me know, I"m gonna link and hook up with the biggest sites out tehre so its gonna get big traffic fast.

I will take a look as soon as I get home tonight, unless you find me on my work msn addy and send me the link (as I don't have it at work).
