Uning Fred's SP Fix in SHP Edit

I have sorted out a set of single hex icons for terrain effects. Un manned gun placements as I want them for a scenario.
After gerrting then centered a section, (bottom section), is truncated. as in Pic. Is this due to size or a side effect of the centereing effect of SP Fix in the SHP Editor?
