My last couple of game starts have been with the Japanese. I need to balance that out with a game or two as allies. Scenario 15, 1-day turns and someone who can average at last a turn a day . The rest negotiable.

The honorable Empire of Japan is prepared to defend its right to grow and prosper, despite the hypocritical protestations of Western Imperialists. We shall send an ambassador to dictate (that is the right term, no?) a peaceful solution to your concerns, though we fear you may lack vision and wish to further prosecute misguided actions in our territories....

Well, I would like to think you are wrong.........but it's getting harder.

Ohio went for Clinton twice, before falling to the Shrub. So I would like to think of the ol' Buckeye as still a swing state.

My initial PBEM might best be summed up by this:

"Furious activity is no substitute for understanding." (H. H. Williams)

What I am learning already is how poor a teacher the AI is...

But to those who are kind enough to play me, this also I say:

"You are rewarding a teacher poorly if you remain always a pupil." (Nietzsche)

P.S. Dan, I'm a Blue Boy in a Red state....
