shore gun problem...

I will check Lemors scenario...I went ahead and loaded Tanaka's and Tankeraces additional scenarios, some of the upgrades to planes and ships graphics as well as the map enhancements. I decided to finish the tutorial before I tackle the other scenarios. In the tutorial I have invaded Saipan and my transports had been getting hammered at night and during the day as they unloaded by the shore guns. In addition my bombardment task forces were also suffering from the guns. I loaded all the new stuff and went back to the game and have run 3 new turns and the Jap shore guns have not fired at either my transports or the bombardment groups...looks fishy to me. Anyone else heard of a problem with this...
