Better for both sides in PBEM if China zones given to AI

Let me suggest that the PBEM game is MUCH more entertaining if both players agree to turn the two mainland China zones over to the AI. AFter all, do you honestly want such a huge game decided by Chiang Kai-Shek? Be serious.
