All my three active games are as Japan. Are there anyone out there that want to humble me by conquering the globe?

What I am looking for:
- Dedicated player who plays until the end (sort of like getting married, it's a long term committment of a year or two)
- Someone who knows what they're doing and has a plan for victory
- AAR mandatory; at least post comments - I enjoy games more with AARs, gives a feeling of committment
- Average of a turn per day or more (except holidays, etc)
- Scen 15, options we can discuss
