Made some equipment relocations, and thinking about a few more:
RECONS
Dart: thinking of moving the engine to the CBT, it has 12 APs
Guru: thinking of swapping the engine with the BC, being relatively short range
Hammer: thinking ofmoving the engine to the CBT
Lancer: thinking of swapping the engine with the scanner, since CBT armor is only 7 APs
Mercury: needs more CBT armor, 7 APs to protect the engine is quite low
Quantum: swapped flares with the BC
Stingray: moved SL to the LA, opposite from the PG
Tripwire: thinking of swapping flares with scanner, but CBT armor is very low
Viking: moved BC to the LoT and scanner to the CBT

As far as I'm concerned, moving the engine to the CBT is never a bad idea. You'll never have to worry about it getting taken out if a battle degrades to a 1-on-1 duel.

What do you mean? Of course you have to worry, and that's the whole point. If you go down, and face down, your CBT will take the most hits (instead of the CT). That's why usually supports get the engine in the CBT and CC titans should have strong CBT armor if the engine is placed there.

LIGHTS
Gargoyle: swapped flares with scanner, deployable when prone face down
Poltergeist: thinking of swapping ML with computer, can fire while prone

Then again, if your enemy is able to knock you down and get in more than one or two attacks while you are prone, the location of your engine is the least of your worries[;)]
All I mean, is that in a close combat situation, having your engine in the CBT location can be a lifesaver as your AT is much more likely to be disabled by a leg, LoT, or CT being disabled than a CBT.

Nice finds/ fixes!
As far as the CBT armor... My personal taste is for 'thin' CBT, even with thin CBT armor, of all the locations that 'effecively' disables a titan (head, leg, Lot, CT, CBT, and LT or RT if the engine is located there) CBT is still the least common location for me to lose to disable one of my titans, the only location that comes close is the head. I'd rather put more armor over locations that I normally lose..... Legs, CT.
If the engine is in the CBT I do tend to like the armor a bit thicker for jock survival reasons, but I think that my 'thicker armor' is still too thin to others[;)] The recons with 7AP covering the engine in the CBT that are designed for CC could be increased to 10 APs to cover the possibility of one PX hit since that a common recon weapon. I just don't plan on being pounded in the back without ejecting for an extended period of time.[:D]

The engine location is ALWAYS a concern. They have this tendency to explode.
The CBT holds one of the 3 gyro section. Lose the CBT and you're done for the battle. Mostly anyway.
I guess you wrote this before your AAR, huh? [;)]

Nah, I let the jock get pulverizer. He had already taken enough damage to make trying to eject lethal, and I didn't particularly mind losing ol' Widowmaker. [;)]
I kind of wished I had made him flop some more, be I am still wondering how a downed enemy AT managed to hit my downed AT on the CBT when I had all my torsos and arms intact... [8|]

It was just curious that it was a mere Stinger that made your previous post so completely out of place [;)]
