I just played a battle online with the Romanians (me) against the Ruskov (opponent)

and I've noticed that I couldn't buy air sections... even if they were set to 1, I've tried buying air sections several times just to make sure it's not my mistake, but still doesn't work. Same thing on default... Anyway SP:WAW rulez!!!!!!!!!! one more thing...
PS: The War in Russia tutorial says to open the scenario Mission Moscow or something like that... does it mean Typhoon?

I've run into this before (version 4.5)
But I think it has to do with historical settings ,like what kind of airforce did the rumanians really have in WW2.Did they always have aircraft ready to go?
also I've played Germany late in the war when all thier aircraft were used up,and I couldn't buy them either...

To ensure you get air sections, you need to set weather to 1. Otherwise inclement weather can keep your Air craft on the ground, or unable to find the oparea

nice, thanx for the tip, works great! what number is set on default for weather?
PS: what's best used against aircraft, light AA guns (20mm, 37mm) or heavy 88s??????

For generated battles, the default time is noon and I believe clear weather (setting 1). Setting a different time will automatically set different visibility. Weather may be at the discretion of the computer unless you set it yourself. Hit "Help" to get weather and visibility settings.
88's are good against bombers and any other planes, but their true value is anti-tank. I prefer the lighter AA guns for strictly anti-air: you can buy more and they're also nice against infantry.

A British OOB Bug...
The description for British SAS/Commando units when purchasing lists them as "AVERAGE". They should definitely be ELITE.
I will post this on the Bug Consolidation Thread when it appears.
