It's called "Blitzkrieg: War in Europe 1939-1945" and will first be available for the PALM OS and Later for PocketPC.

I wonder how bad they would have been laughed at had they actually come up with something a bit more accurate? For instance the following device which is an honest to goodness device available today in the UK (Damn those Europeans for always getting the coolest gadgets first!). I've been following the development of several "new age" devices for a couple years now and this one is one of my more anticipated ones. Cannot wait till I can get one myself. There is an external connectable model but its real beauty is when built into the device itself such as to the phone here:
