I Just installed v5.2 and then v.5.3 but the menu only indicates v.5.2

What if anything did I miss.

You must always smash, ram, plunder, pillage......With your Armor.

You can try deleteing the mech.exe in the main SPWAW dir and the steel.prf in the /save dir, then reapply the patch again.

Also check you Matrix Games/Steel Panthers World at War folder to make sure there isn't another Steel Panthers World at War folder nested inside.
