korsun pocket won't launch

I've tried launching Korsun Pocket several ways but it never gets past the intro video trailer; the screen simply goes black and the game doens't play. I've tried launching it from the program files, I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling, and nothing works. Do I need a ptach or what? It seems like either the launch doesn't work or the game is not fully installed. I'm running Windows XP. Thanks for your help. [:(]

There is a patch (v 1.11) which is available from the Matrix Download Page. I would download that. I just got the game last week from Matrix and the installation CD was still version 1.0
The game runs perfectly for me under Windows XP but every installation is unique. If the patch doesn't work try the compatibility settings (right click on the startup icon, select properties, and then the "compatability tab" - the options are pretty self-explanatory.
If neither of these options work, make sure you have the latest drivers installed for your video card.

We have two patches up in our downloads area / members area. Make sure you apply both of them in their respective order.
