korsun pocket still not working

Thanks rhondrabrwn for your answer to my quesion/problem re: korsun pocket. I tried all the suggestions but nothing works!!! I'm thinking the disk must be corrupt or something. Does or did anyone else have this problem? [:@]

1. Might need the proper Codec. See following thread:

2. Update to DirectX9.0c
3. Update to the latest video drivers. Also try second to latest video drivers if you've only tried the latest.
4. Close all Anti-Virus and Firewall software just for kicks. Heck close EVERYTHING you can running in the System Tray or elsewhere.
5. Obviously.. Apply the latest game updates. Also try uninstalling, delete entire game directory and reinstall preferably in the default install directory (some install paths can be too long for certain games for instance). Try the game again with no patches first, then with the latest patches.
6. Report back or consult someone who knows more than me [:D]
