Have a question about a reinforcement (Bug?)

I notice that player 2 gets to pick 20% of his core units like 3000 to 4000 points on a max point game but player 1 only gets about 500 to 700 points.

Is this a bug and is there already a fix to it?????

I've never noticed anything other than 20% for either player 1 or 2.
I've never played a max point game however.

AFAIK - you run the risk of not being to buy/generate more units in a max piont game, as the game has a finite number of units available for both sides. Maybe your issue is related to this limitation.

I'd have to agree with the above; it sounds like more of an issue with hitting the unit/formation limits for a game rather than the point amounts being buggy. In a maxxed out game, you're really close to the max limits of units and formations, and if Player One gets 3000 points and buys all his troops, Player 2 will be limited to the number of units/formations available, and the game will recalculate his points accordingly.

I figured out what we were doing wrong. We hit max points when we went into the battle screen when player one was about to buy his units. The comp calculated the 20% from his original amount not the 20,000 points.

When player two went to buy his units it was already at 20,000 so he got 20% of that total.

The fix was to put 20,000 points into the pref screen for battle. Both sides now get the 4000 reinforcements.

Thanx again for the answers though. I always find this board to be a big help and all the users on it as very nice.

I hope to get on a email game as soon as I get hooked up again at home.
