Is there a toggle for Graphic vs. NATO on tiles

Is there a toggle so you can see a tank icon instead of the NATO designation? All those symbols confuse me.

Yes, there's an option to view unit silhouettes instead of the icon symbols. Once you're in a scenario, go up to the Game Menu and choose "Unit Counters Use Silhouettes".

It is done during the orders phase and as far as I know can not be done during the execution phase of the game like the icon information display can be done. There isn't a hot key.

Catgh, I think I'll have to correct you there...you can switch to and from sillouettes and normal icons throughout the game. [;)]

The "hotkey" is
[ALT] + [G] , keep [ALT] down, press [S]
All menu shortcuts work as you are used too from Windows.

Outstanding game guys! Bought it yesterday and played all day long. One question about the counters will there be a place where people will download graphics to upgrade the silhouettes graphics? There is a person Volcano Man that makes some awesome graphic Counters for the HPS games I found here:

He does do great work - as to whether any mods will be available for FPG, I suppose time will tell, but we have to do some post-release work to provide some additional tools for the .bml files before that's possible.

Thanks for the response Erik! I hope to see allot of custom work ie scenarios, artwork, maps etc... for this classic Wargame. Just from reading the forums I took a chance and bought the down loadable game and its worth every penny. I'm a HPS Games fan and I give this game a 95%.[&o]
