i noticed an issue with the load option for a saving game.

Yesterday i saved my game just after have given the orders for my units. Like i play with limited staff rules in effect, i have just the possibility to give 3 orders -> so at the end the orders status was 3/3.
Today when i reload, i see that orders status is 0/3. But the orders status should be 3/3. The orders which I gave yesterday are always applied, but the status of the orders are re-initialized to 0. So i can give another 3 new orders for this same turn, in spite of the fact i should not have this possibility.

Is a bug or a is there anyting else to know about it.
