Nice game - questions, suggestions, and bug?

I played the tutorials and started messing with a scenario. I'm definitely a satisfied customer. I think it will keep me busy for a bit. Reminds me of a pleasant cross between HTTR and TacOps. On the difficulty front I rate the turn-based titles:

WiTP 10
PzC 8
TacOps 7
HTTR 6
TOAW 6
KP 5
FPG 3

questions:
1) Can you have multiple orders for a unit's route, e.g. move to wp 1 then assault to wp 2? The manuals seems to say yes, but I couldn't really figure out how.

2) Are most people out there checking the option to allow the player to change SOP mid-game? I'm not sure that it's unrealistic not to. EG, it seems reasonable to have a tank platoon hold a position for the first couple hours (requiring a specific SOP) and then move to another position, with another mission (with naturally an appropriate SOP). Just curious.

suggestion:
1) Perhaps having the keyboard shortcuts available on the view menu - specifically the map overlays. I like the clean interface, but maybe a set of icons above the map area would be a nice touch instead. Some of us have horrible memories [:D]

2) I do like someone else's suggestion that there be an end of game kill tally. I had a tank platoon melt their cannons taking out about 20 bmps and tanks. I'd like to see the final numbers.

Possible bug:
When I finished the 2nd tutorial, the graph on the top showed a couple WP units left, but it was not reflected in either the section tally (mine showed max points for the zones I was in and 0 for the WP player) or on the map.

I agree that this is a nice, fun, and enjoyable game to have. Especially, given that it wasn’t really considered a “blockbuster” game for Matrix’s budget (no offense intended).

I also like your idea of having kill tally’s reported.

A suggestion that I would like to see is some kind of better graphical representation that links the firing unit and the targeted unit. I’m a little slow at deciphering the text reports and being able to assess that on the map. Just my two cents...(it's all that I have left in the bank) [:D]

I check it...purely because the flow of battle changes and, with this kind of lethality, I want to make sure I can order the boys to back off or otherwise when required.

Of course changing the SOP is a MUST, at least for the BLUE side. In reality it's just one radio call to change it.

When I start a scenario, I have to change the SOP of every single unit. IMO they are a little bit shy and I dont want my companies being routed by an attacking company 3000m away when my guys have HOLD orders. Or did I understand something wrong???

Cheers,
