Help for new unit name.

Hi all.
I´m creating a new unit for my own particular campaing , but like I´m spaniard and my english vocavulary is limited I ask for help for a little question [&:]
How is the correct name for a military messenger carrying orders from one regimental HQ to subordinate units?
MESSENGER.
COURRIER.
LINK.
OR...
I apreciate lot your support.

not sure about the correct military term but ...
messenger, courier or runner would be correct spellings

Of course, if it was a German unit, he would be known as "Melder".

Then if all are agree... messenger or courier (without r.. lol) or Melder in german. About Pigeon...mmmm... i will search it in my book. Anybody of you was military? I said this because I think he was more Acuratte.
If somebody will like to say any more, I will waith some days to do it.

There are several options:
If he is on a motobike/bicycle then he is known as a 'Dispatch Rider'
If he is on foot he would be known as a 'Runner' or 'Messenger'
If he was in a light vehicle (Jeep, Car or Truck) he would probabaly be known as a 'Dispatch Driver' or 'Messenger, or 'Dispatcher' if my memory serves correctly.
That is for British or British Empire forces (including canada).
He would be armed with a sten gun and a webley handgun posibly a grenade or 2 and a bayonet. If it was a motorbike it would have been specialy adapted to go a certain speed i cant think what off the top of my head but faster than the motorbikes on SP anyway.
