I know you're sick of v1.5 questions, so is it necessary?

I've got patch fever as bad an anyone else in this forum. But I've also got two games waiting on it.
As my understanding of things, the main reason to hold a game for a patch is the OB changes. But if there aren't any OB changes, is there really a need to hold a game? Things like the upgrade path selection for aircraft, is that available once you patch to v1.5? Will games under v1.41 convert to it?
If all I'm waiting for v1.5 for OB issues, and they're minor, is there really a reason to wait?

My 6-month old son typed that. He's ready to start a game too!

When there are no OOB changes, there is generally no reason to hold off though once in a while you may get some corruption when patching a game started with an earlier version.
The upcoming patch though will have some OOB changes.

What OOB changes?

Uuugh. Like when I was a kid and asked Mom what she was making for supper. :Food" was invariably the response. I'd ask for her to expand on this answer. She would say "Food food."[;)]

Found it vexing!!! And the evil smiles she'd toss my way...my mom liked to cook an endless variety of stuff and I'd worry sometimes. Mint meatballs were one of her biggest flubs![:D]

Doesn't sound as bad as when my dad would actually make "Green Eggs and Ham".
Really. Green eggs and ham.

My dad gave me fried calf brain with my breakfast once when I was maybe 8 yrs old. Old Germans! Looked like a breaded fish stick or veal cutlet! As soon as I cut it with a knife the fluid started to RUN all over the plate. I tried it anyway...last time for that I'll tell you.

Nothing beats a cows tongue for breakfast. But I love it. Will not sit in the same room as liver and onions though. That is just nasty.

Reminds me of the woman who was repulsed by the thought of cows tongue for breakfast: "How could you eat something that came out of a cow's mouth?!" She ordered eggs instead...[;)]

I think that was in an episode of "All in the Family."!![:D] Tongue is cool, I love liver, and I love blood sausage (pudding). Most of the European originated foods are great.

I thought Frag said to get the selectable aircraft upgrade paths would require the restart.

Once you get past the texture, it is quite yummy. The breading can soak up a respectable amount of your favorite hot sauce too.

I believe that is true for multiplayer games but not against the AI... yes? no?

I am really interested in this thread from a 1.5 perspective, but the food part is one of the most disturbing things I have ever read. [X(]
