It doesn't matter whether you have a CD or not, as long as you bought the game and have installed it using a valid serial number. The warning is there so that people don't try to use this patch to update the 3.9.4 demo. That won't work.

milo has send e-mails to betatesters which includes URL to the file. If you didn't got it, that's just tough luck [:'(]

Seriously though, I guess most of the people who were betatesting 3.8.serie got that e-mail. Even I did even though milo should know I don't have the full game yet. I guess he didn't bother to remove my e-mail address from his list of betatesters.

I"m very sure milo has a 1000 things more important to do then keep track of what you do lol

Are there any screens of the new version?

Also does 4.5 address any MP issues?
