paid, downloaded and tried to run. Got an error saying that there were damaged files. I got the email confirmation, but when I enter the order # I was given in find my order, it sayas it cant find it. Suggestions?

I got even worse after dowload 3 hrs for 240MB then get drop out from DR.
I go back to download page and enter my order number it just can't find it.
So I had no way to redownload it again[:(]

You can retrieve the link at any time in a time frame of 30 days from the point of purchase. Please go to our E-Store and click on "Store FAQs" , there check the "I need help downloading." link. Or go to www.findmyorder.com and enter your order number and password.

If you have troubles downloading large files then we suggest you use a download client like "Stardownloader" available for free from www.stardownloader.com . It will let you resume disconnected or broken downloads. You can even pause them and resume them whenever you want.

Just as an update, my order # did work this am, so I was able to redownload, and its all good now. Must have been some DR glitch last night - hopefully fromm on overwhelming number of downloads. Now I have to figure out how to get the antialiasing to work
