I'm interested in buy Supremacy but I noticed there's no option for a digital+physical CD purchase, only digital. It states that you have 30 days to download. I assume this means that if my hard drive crashes, or something else causes me to lose the digital data, after that time, I have to pay for the game again to replace it? If that's the case, the more important question I have is: Is the download in such a form that I can burn the installation files onto a CD? Thanks.

I can't answer the question of whether or not the download is in a burnable format (though I would say yes - why wouldn't it be?), I can tell you that a boxed version will be available within a few days from Matrix.

Sometimes installation files are one huge multi-gig executable file. I wouldn't know how to burn that onto a CD.

The installation is around 300mb I believe. It will definitely fit on a CD!

Shadowyn, I may just be talking out of my behind here, but I'm sure I read somewhere that a digital + physical option is available. It costs five bucks more, I think, but it's there--or it was a couple of days ago. Check the online store again to see.

Shadowyn, the download file is 436 MB. I have succesfully burned it to a CD and not had any problems.

Okay, when you simply buy the DD (digital download) option you are granted the right to make one personal backup copy to either CD or DVD. As with all of our releases the DD version is availble first and after a logistical delay (of 7-11 days) the physicall product (Box + CD/DVD) is available too.
