Fix for aircraft weapons data corruption?

Playing scn 15 started under 1.1 patched up to 1.4. Is there a fix for the aircraft weapons data that gets corrupted and shows things like forward firing 500 pound bombs, external (XT) .303 machine guns or top turret mounted torpedoes? Could I reinstall and patch back to 1.4 or are ordnance and weapons load outs tied to OOBs and not fixable without a restart? I’m, in Nov 43 playing allies and it’s fun having lots of stuff at last.
