Credit where it's due. Excellent support from Matrix!

I was quick enough to post my worries/ask for help over my recent 'faulty' purchase at this forum. However I don't want to give any potential Matrix customers the wrong impression about ordering software from the company, hence my post today.
Within 24 hours of me contacting Matrix support over my faulty CD, I got a reply. The email said that I would get another CD sent out to me, and while I was waiting, I would get download permission so I didn't have to wait for the delivery.
Today I got an email stating that another copy of the boxed CD was being shipped to me (I didn't get the download offer, although I'm happy with what I did get, so no problem there).
It's refreshing to be dealing with a reputable company that actually cares about their customers. I won't hesitate to place further orders with Matrix.
Ok I’ve finished now. I just wanted to point out the excellent support Matrix gives to their customers, mainly for people who are thinking of buying software from this company and may be hesitating.
