Is there any way to unload more than one freighter at a time? Currently, as soon as one load of invasion troops land, the game switches to the planetary surface, where more often than not, invasion troops are vastly outnumbered.

Found a sort of solution. Have multiple invasion freighters in position to unload. As soon as you lose your last invasion piece, or you order a retreat, screen will shift back to space when you'll be able to invade with another freighter (providing it has moves left after having moved into position). In this manner the enemy will be facing you with whatever troops it has left, instead of building a new army to face your new threat.
