Anti armour stats

What's going on here? I have an AT Battery that has been pretty beaten up in the historical Arnhem scenario. They are down to 6 men and have lost all their 6 pdrs, PIATs and ammo for both. However the anti armour stat still reports 7 (anti personnel is 0). All these guys are armed with is rifles, Brens and Stens......
Really anjoying the game though - I think it's a largely an undiscovered gem of wargaming & looking forward to COTA!

Thats a problem thats been mentioned before. Apparantly the sales of the game don't really justify the man hours spent on it.
Something really needs to be doen but what I don't know. Its the realtime issue I believe that stops many who would ejoy it buying it.

Mmmmm...... thanks but not a good answer. If the info is worthless I'd rather it was not there. Is this going to be fixed before I part with my hard earned $ for COTA?

My god the world is full of touchy and rather rude people.
You will get your answer. I'm just making a comment on something you said.
Next time I do know an answer for any of your questions I wont bother.
Have a good day[8|]

Yam,
Welcome.
Is the British AT Bty a friendly unit ( ie are you playing the Brits )? Do you have a saved game of this? If so, please send to "support[at]panthergames[dot]com", refer to this thread in your covering email and I'll check it out and get back to you.
BTW we're a pretty nice bunch of people here on this forum. We don't have flame wars etc. So it's safe to assume that when people reply here, they are trying to help. [:)]

The real-time element is exactly why I purchased the game. If I see another turn-based hexagon game, I'm gonna vomit

I apologise that my reply could be read two ways - I should have typed less hastily & with greater clarity. I was running out the door at the time. The written word, particularly in this form, can be dangerous.
My reply that this was "not a good answer" was in no way meant as a criticism of wodin's response - I certainly appreciate your taking the time to respond. This criticism was directed at the makers & publishers if, as wodin said, "sales of the game don't really justify the man hours spent on it" and issues like this are being ignored. Similarly my comment "If the info is worthless I'd rather it was not there" - was meant as a comment on the anti armor unit stat in the game - not wodin's response.
As I said the hastily written word can often be interpreted two ways. A little tip to wodin - take the time to consider if someones comment may have been ambiguous and hence possibly misinterpreted. Particularly before implying they are "touchy and rather rude". Assume the best unless proven otherwise..... We'll all get along a whole lot better.
Anyhow, yes Arjuna the unit in question was a friendly & I do have a save. I'll send it to you immediatly. Thanks for your rapid response - as I indicated in my 1st post I think this game is a gem & I know your part in that is significant (have tracked the game since the battlefront days but not got into it until now). I certainly hope wodin's response does not reflect the true support for the game - I assume not or why would you be making a sequel?

Yam,
What problem do you have with me. Are you really trying to start a flame war here?
Go through all the posts Ive ever made and try and find one flame from me. Also see how much help Ive offered People in the past.
Why not have a go at Molotov billy aswell?
Finally I apologise but i'm sure many people would have taken it the same way.
Can I have an apology for your latest comment on my character?

There's no point apologising *and* continuing the personal argument.
There are apologies on the table from both of you, and an explanation that this is all a big misunderstanding, so I think you can both swallow any minor unhappiness.

Well said sir.
Now can we get back to what matters - the anti armor stats seem screwed up! I wonder if this is a broader issue or just one minor bug? Excuse my nervousness but I play a lot of WITP and that game seems to have its fair share of issues. Like HTTR I enjoy it immensely but I always have the nagging doubt in the back of my mind that, having invested many hours of game play in a scenario and the game in general, I'll find some quirk that destroys the enjoyment. Is HTTR buggie or clean?

Yam,
I think the answer to that can be measured by the very few threads in the Support sub-Forum. HTTR is very solid. While it is impossible in something as complex as this to guarantee absolutely that you won't find a minor glitch, so very few have been reported despite the many thousands of hours played by the thousands of users around the world.
