If I take a screen shot by pressing the print screen key from in the game, it comes out totally warped and unrecognisable (like mostly balck and warped). Is there any way to circumnavigate this issue?

(Everything else works fine, and I have taken picies before with no prob in other games. Can anyone hep me?)
