I've placed giro order for Starshatter. Last week I got letter. It includes bill and something which appears to be return letter (some address on it). What next? Can I pay that in local bank or do I need fill the bill, put it in return letter and post it?

Another problem with the bill is that there is mentioned 2 different reference numbers. First one is mentioned in instructions: "Please note that you must include the reference number 2450349520087." But at bottom of the bill (next to signature) it is 24503495200875. What the heck!?

I e-mailed to Matrix support and Marc replied they forward it to Digital Rivers. I got e-mail from Digital Rivers. It is reminder about the order [:@]

Maybe the number on the bottom is the refernce number for the letter itself.

If it doesn't work I'll send you my code.

How do I type those numbers with keyboard to one line?

Yea. I think. What do you mean with wire? Let me see dictionary... synonyms seem to be conductor and cable.

If bill don't include EAN (bar) code, I press button VIITTEELLINEN LASKU (bill with reference number). Then I type bank account number, payee's name, reference number and due date (one line for each). Then I press button HYVÄKSY LASKU (accept bill).

Wire: send electronically.

And by the way, I was talking about terminal which is inside the bank. Usually I have used EAN code to pass most of the procedure, but now when I think of it, I think there is 2 lines somewhere when manual method is used. I check it out tomorrow, and if I can't work it out, I go bother bank employees about it [:'(]

I could use alternative method which don't include reference line but reference and order numbers could be put to message field (which is not available in reference bill).

I have no idea, you must ask Digital River regarding this. They run the shop and all the related stuff.

I think it´s fastest if you write us an email to support@matrixgames.com with the exact options you have to "fill in the form" maybe even a screenshots of the form.

I can then get this to the vendor support of DR, along with this thread link, which is way faster with replies [;)]

Everything should be now crystal clear. I send money next week and start waiting impatiently game to arrive (meanwhile playing Freelancer). Was adviced to use order number in place of reference number.
