After the Capture of Cherbourgh

Well I've finally taken this city (the supply depot and victory point hexes at any rate) - now I'm at a loss about what to do next in the upper parts of this penninsula. Systematically eliminate all of the remaining strongpoints my naval units couldn't reach? Just eliminate those that continue to occupy German held victory point/objective towns? Let them all alone and immediately redeploy to join the fight along the rest of the 'line'? Help!

Depends what your situation is looking like... Key considerations:
1. Have to clear enough strongpoints around the Allied supply hex to allow it to operate.
2. Same for the arrival hexes.
3. Forts are worth 5 VPs...
4. Are any German units hiding???? Don't want them to recapture Cherbourg later!
5. Can you spare a division or two and the necessary supporting units from the front line? If they can create an imbalance of forces then get them to the front line ASAP!!!
