Great Game, one major issue though!

Hello all, Great Game.
I was wondering if any of you have solved the Fog of War problem. I play as China, and I click the 'Fog of War' box for all the other 5 powers and when I start the game, it has forgotten! I end up seeing everyone's units! And when it comes to my turn, ive noticed that all the Fog of war boxes are unclicked. Therefore, naturally, I click them again and by next turn, they have all been mixed matched.
Any idea how to fix this. I really want to get into this game, but I don't want to win by seeing what other players have against me!
Thanks!

I've noticed the game not saving my "game options" and "game preferences" as well.

Video mode change (windowed/fullscreen) and graphics depth requires you to close the game and restart - are noticing problems with others besides those?

I have what may be a slightly different FOW problem, but its behavior is clear:
1. Before chosing a country, set all countries to computer controlled, computer production, Adv. supply, FOW on; Autosupply, Area supply off.
2. for 1 country, choose human control, human supply; start game:
if Germany, all is fine;
if any other country, the FOW for that country and all countries to its right will be fine, but the FOW will be off and the Autosupply will be on for all countries to its left.
Ive got this problem. Seems it persists.

Right, there are three others in my area with the same problem. We have all done complete reinstalls, no go. What happens is that the game is fixated on Germany. It does not matter what one puts in in the preferences screen before starting the game, Germany will start off with no fog of war. If im playing Japan, I merely toggle it back to fog of war in Game for Germany. However, by the next time Japan gets a go, everyone has fog of war toggled 'off'. Everything else remains the same, unless you have Autosupply toggled off for everyone. Then autosupply gets checked instead of Fog of War. Being the investigative genius that I am, I toggled everyone having autosupply and then waited to see if it helped. It did not. Everyone got fog of war off.
Bear in mind, if you play with Germany you're Fog of War will work perfectly and your preferences will remain the same. I have no clue why China, Japan and the Allies/Russia have this problem.

Actually, I am wrong. It is constant, even with Germany. Every turn, no matter who you play with, the AI will get fog of war toggled off.
This is incredibly odd.
Anyway, a friend of mine is reformatting to see if that is a potential problem. Were anxious to get this sorted, as it is boring to know the AI see's all you're devious plans!

Alright, what happens when no fog of war is on? Well, instead of it getting turned off, because it already is off, the game automatically gives the AI autosupply.
Very wierd. It just happens, the AI either gets fog of war off or autosupply off. Its like ot can toggle it on and off on its own. As each AI turn ends, it either gives itself autosupply or turns its fog of war off.
Anyone have any ideas as to how this is possible?@

The reformatted computer does not help at all. We booted up his machine and sure enough by the end of the first turn, the AI had toggled its fog of war off. Incredibly annoying.
AI still does not want to relenquish its free fog of war.

Thanks for this detailed report as I was able to duplicate this. We will get on this right away as there does appear to be a problem here. The more detailed instructions you can give us when you find a problem, the better. This is exactly the kind of report we need. Thanks again and sorry for the problem. We are currently testing the first patch and I can't say if fixes for this will get into that patch or not, but we will see what we can do.

Not a problem. This is an excellent game, and now that I know you guys are aware of the problem, ill definatly start playing it instead of tinkering with it!
Thanks again.
