[&:] I have experienced a graphic issue with you select territories where units are shown as large pixles of water, only seen on Germans, bug is annoying enough to not want to play the game. Makes moving anything a chore.

I have a GeForce 5200 128 MB card and my comp is a 2.1 Ghz

Hi, have you updated your video drivers and DirectX? Please post a DxDiag file here for us to examine (see instructions in the pinned thread at the top of this forum).
