I bought the downloadable version and the tutorial talks about referring to the manual if i need further info....is there a downloadable manual:?tutorial is pretty skimpy.[:)]

trying to understand about buil;ding units and supplies.

There isn't at the moment, but I have the manual in the electronic form we used to print the manual for the CD version. It won't be hard to make that into a DOC file. I'll notify when it's posted!
