im having a problem doing a amphib assault.no whr in manuel do i see whr it explains how to exacute a amph landing.i can do transport to friendly region but cant do a landing in a enemy territory.

By default, your transports have a 3 rating for amphib assault (that is the 3 on the screen, last number on the right). Japanese have a default 5. So you will need 2 transport per unit (except tanks that need 10 points, so 4 regular transports). You can research increased amphib rating for your transports.
