if you purchased WITP as a digital download you can access your serial number at

www.findmyorder.com

and use the CCard number you used to buy the game...

i was able to get them online through digital river. I can't remember exactly how now, though. The "email my serial #s" function does not work.

It works, I checked it all time over the last days.

Did you guys check your SPAM folders? What´s the ISP you have your email account at?

i have comcast and am using Outlook 2003 for my email client. They are not in my junk mail folders. I wonder if SP2 is blocking the cookie/script from IE???

I have the same problem here : requesting serials but no e-mail sent. I have tried on both "members" menu and on the matrix site reserved for press-media, neither of them sent e-mails to me... I have checked my account, my e-mail, nothing seems to be wrong...

Manfred, et. al.,

Please e-mail us at support@matrixgames.com if this is not working for you. I just tested again and it sends e-mails to me without any problem. We'll try to find out what's going on for you, but I'm guessing the e-mail is being filtered or blocked somewhere along the way. Does your ISP have any server based filtering or a web interface you can use to see what they may have filtered out?

Regards,

- Erik

this feature has always worked properly for me exept since a few days.
I have no filters on my mail, and when I tried to change my account's email, I have received a mail from matrix, and it's as it should be, so the incoming mails from matrix aren't filtered, only the one with the serials numbers seems to be lost on the way.
so ?
should I write to support@matrixgames.com to ask my serials directly ?

EDIT : I have changed my account's mail, and tried with 3 different mail addresses -> no serials emailed. I think that the problem come from your application, sorry...

Manfred,

Very odd, we will have the online store folks test this Monday morning US time. Thanks for the extra testing on your side, I'm not sure why it works for some and not for others. Out of curiosity, have you tried with both Internet Explorer and Mozilla Firefox?

Regards,

- Erik

I only use IE, and never used another browser (at least the past 5 years [8D])

I've been trying since 4:30 this morning (over 14 hours ago) to have my serial numbers emailed to me. I have used three different computers with three different versions of windows (WinXP pro sp2, WinXP pro sp1, and WinMe). I used IE on all three machines, plus I also used Mozilla Firefox on the WinXP pro sp2 machine. And I have received absolutely nothing. I turned my firewall (ZoneAlarm) off. I have received other emails from Matrix (an email with my member area password). So nothing is stopping emails that are sent to me from Matrix. I sent an email to membersarea@matrixgames.com this afternoon. Hopefully I'll receive some kind of response from them tomorrow. How long is it supposed to take for the serial numbers to be sent once the request in the members area is submitted?

Just a note for an update. I sent 2 emails over the last two days to Matrix about this problem and have not heard back from them yet. It seems to be widespread at the moment. Any idea of when it will be fixed?

No joy here. I tried again with both of my os's and browsers. I had ZoneAlarm and SpySweeper turned off. I still didn't get any serial number emails.

An update.

I am still not getting my emails either.

But, on a happy note Matrix Customer Service came through, manually looked up and sent me my serial numbers in an email. THANKS GUYS! You guys make great games and have great customer service. Your hard work is very much appreciated. Now to restart those WiTP and KP campaigns that got blow away! New beginnings can be a blessing.
