I've just bought a new computer and would like to redownload Flashpoint Germany.
I have my serial number. Can someone please tell me what to do.

First, always back up your download to CD or some removable storage to make sure you don't lose it if you reinstall. If you need to re-download, try going to www.findmyorder.com. If your download window has expired, contact us at support@matrixgames.com. Again, the best policy is to back up your download as the initial download timeframe is 30 days from purchase.
