Patch speed up

The patch made the game much more playable on my (admittedly min-spec) laptop. Thank you.

The patch now allows me to scroll across the USSR with no map distortion or blurring. High resolution setting still automatically retained. Have had no hardware problems with GGWAW in the week I've been playing. Works smoothly, flawlessly on my 2 yr old machine with 512MB RAM.
