How do you do any Amphip attack with allies? When I tried to Amphip Western France, or North Africa it keeps tell me this is an illegal move. I have plenty of supplies and have transports in ever sea area from the starting country to the target country, but still I can not get the Allies to do an Amphip attack.

When I do the Axis, I can do Amphip attacks with Germany and Japan, so what's up with the Allies???????

You need to have enough Amphibious transport capacity in the sea zone next to the land area you are invading. Given 3 amphibious points per transport (for everyone except Japan which gets 5 per transport), you need 2 transports just to invade with 1 infantry unit (each infantry requires 5 amphibious transport points to land). Does this explain why you aren't able to invade? The amphibious points are the number to the right of the slash in each region (i.e. numbers could read 1 30/3 where the 3 is the amphibious value).
